Nicole Cracchiolo 

Nicole’s journey began on the stage as a dancer and educator, where she developed a deep appreciation for the artistry of movement while also navigating the physical demands of high-level training and injury rehabilitation. That lived experience transformed her understanding of the body, shifting her focus from purely aesthetic movement to movement that is functional, sustainable, and resilient.

 

Nicole blends the technical precision of Pilates with the intuitive body awareness of a dancer, viewing the body as an instrument that thrives on alignment, control, and intelligent progression. Her approach is rooted not only in formal training but in years of personal movement, correction, and recovery — allowing her to meet each client exactly where they are, both physically and mentally. Whether you’re building foundational strength, improving mobility, or refining control, Nicole’s sessions prioritize precision, longevity, and confidence so your body feels strong and supported for years to come.

 

She holds certifications in Balanced Body® Mat 1, 2 & 3 (2026), Advanced Pilates Instruction (ASFA), Dance Fitness & Hip Hop Aerobics (ASFA), and Calisthenics & Bodyweight Training (ASFA).
